Event security →How staffing works
From your requirements to a signed-out shift
Requirements
We learn the site, the audience, opening hours and the duties you need covered.
Roles and roster
We allocate roles to areas and build a roster with breaks and handovers.
Induction and briefing
Staff are inducted to the site and briefed on duties, escalation and emergency procedures.
Supervision
Supervisors run each area. Staff sign in and out so you know who was on site and when.
On the day, you and our lead supervisor agree one contact each and one radio channel. Changes to duties go through that line, so staff always know who is giving the instruction.
Settings
Where our staff work
Festivals. Large outdoor sites with multiple gates, long queues and changing weather.
Theatres and venues. Seated shows with tight door times, ushering and accessible seating.
Sporting events. Big crowds arriving at once, member entry and clear patron information.
In each setting our staff manage access, queues and patron information within the duties we have agreed with you, and escalate anything outside them.
