Weslo Events brings planning and operational support to live events in Adelaide and South Australia. We work alongside organisers, venues and suppliers to turn an event brief into coordinated activity before, during and after the event.
Who we are
An Adelaide event business inside a wider group
Weslo Events is the event management and staffing business of the Weslo Group of Companies. We are based at Thebarton Theatre in Adelaide's inner west and work on events across metropolitan and regional South Australia.
Our clients are local councils, government agencies, promoters, event managers and venues. Some engage us to run the whole event. Others bring us in for one part of it, such as staffing the gates, calling the show or pulling the risk documents together.
Being part of a group means we can draw on related businesses for theatre production and ticketing when an event needs it. We tell you up front who is doing each piece of work.
Weslo's founders have worked South Australian events since the 1970s. Weslo Staff, our security division, provides licensed security officers, crowd controllers and patrol dogs, so one team can cover your event staff, your security and your event management.

Plan with you
We build the plan with your team. You see every draft and you approve the decisions that are yours to make.
Name an owner
Every task has one person responsible and a date it is due. Nothing sits with "the team".
Keep you informed
You get regular updates on progress, open decisions and anything that has changed since the last one.
Review afterwards
After the event we debrief with you and write down what to keep and what to change next time.
