Event management from planning to delivery

Bring your event plans together with a coordinated approach to people, suppliers and operations. Weslo Events works with your team to agree the event objectives, define responsibilities and manage the activities included in the project scope.

Ways to engage us

Run the whole event, or support your team

Full event management

We coordinate everything in the agreed scope: the plan, the suppliers, the staff and the onsite operation. You deal with one event manager who reports to you.

Support for your event team

You already have an event lead. We join them for a defined part of the work, such as site operations, staffing or production, and report into your structure.

You keep approvals, purchasing authority and the key decisions. We agree at the start which decisions sit with you, which sit with us, and write them into the plan.

The delivery process

Five stages, with your part in each

01

Understand the brief

We learn what the event is for, who it is for and what you count as success.

Your part: share objectives, budget, dates and past results.

02

Develop the plan

We set out tasks, owners, deadlines, suppliers and the budget in one event plan.

Your part: review the draft and approve it.

03

Coordinate preparation

We book and brief suppliers, chase approvals and track progress against the plan.

Your part: make the decisions we bring to you.

04

Manage onsite delivery

We run bump in, the event itself and bump out, with one point of contact for you on site.

Your part: be reachable for escalations.

05

Review outcomes

We debrief with you and report on what happened against the plan.

Your part: join the debrief and share feedback.

Bump in is the delivery and set-up of staging, infrastructure and equipment before an event opens. Bump out is the pack-down and removal afterwards.

Common questions

Before you get in touch

Can you join our existing event team?

Yes. We can work under your event lead and take on a defined part of the project. We agree reporting lines and decision rights before we start.

Can you manage just one part of our event?

Yes. Clients often bring us in for site operations, staffing, stage management or risk documents only. We scope that part clearly so there are no gaps between our work and yours.

Do you support recurring events?

Yes. For annual or seasonal events we keep the plan, supplier list and debrief notes, so each year starts from what worked last time.

Tell us about the event you need managed

Dates, venue and audience are a good start. We will take it from there.
